Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 orange (peeled and cut into chunks or wedges, fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)

Instructions

  1. In your blender, blend all ingredients together until smooth. You may need to add additional water depending on the power of your blender. Enjoy πŸ™‚

Notes

In order for the smoothie to be cold, use at least one frozen fruit. You can use all frozen fruit as well but you may need to add more water to help it blend. Alternatively, you can serve over ice.
