These Blackstone Garlic Butter Steak Bites cook in just 5 minutes with only 5 ingredients! Perfect for a speedy weeknight dinner along side veggies or potatoes.

Ingredients

  • Canola Oil, or other high heat oil to grease griddle
  • 2-3 pounds Sirloin Steak, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat - Preheat the Blackstone griddle over high heat and add a thin coat of oil (about a tablespoon).
  2. Add Steak - Add the cubed steaks in an even layer - leaving room in between the pieces so the steak browns instead of steams.
  3. Cook Steak - Cook the steak for 2 minutes (without touching them) so they develop a brown color then flip and cook for 2-3 more until browned on the sides. At this point, the steak bites are usually about a Medium-Rare or Medium, but you can cook longer if you prefer more well done. Push the steak bites off to the side so they stay warm.
  4. Garlic Butter - Lower the heat to medium and add the butter then once almost melted, add the garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until the garlic is aromatic then toss in the steak bites.
  5. Parsley and Serve - Turn off the heat and garnish with the chopped parsley. Enjoy!

Notes

Steak - Instead of a Top Sirloin steak, you can also use Rib Eye or New York Strip.
