- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk
- 1 heaping cup frozen strawberries
- Blend it Up! Add all ingredients to a blender (milk first) and blend until smooth. If needed, add additional milk to blend.
- Enjoy!
Notes
- Almond Milk: You can use a different milk (dairy-free or regular milk). I like the extra flavor that the vanilla almond milk adds, but you can always add a drop of vanilla extract as well.
- Frozen Strawberries: You can totally use fresh instead of frozen, but you may want to add a handful of ice-cubes.
- Almond Butter: You can substitute a different nut butter of choice.
