- Sweet Chili Sauce - This is sold in a jar in the ethnic foods aisle near other Asian ingredients.
- Lime Juice - Fresh is best for flavor, but you can use the kind in a bottle too.
- Honey - For added sweetness to balance the spice.
- Low Sodium Soy Sauce

- Raw Shrimp - Peeled and Deveined with Tails Removed
- Cooking Oil - I like to use canola oil or avocado oil to cook up the shrimp.

🔪Step by Step Instructions
Photo 1 - Heat a medium-large skillet over medium heat and add the oil. Add the shrimp and cook for a couple of minutes until just cooked then remove from the pan.
Photo 2 - To the same skillet, add the sauce ingredients and whisk together to combine. Bring to a simmer and let bubble for 1-2 minutes until thickened.

- ½ cup sweet chili sauce
