This Mango Orange Smoothie is thick, healthy, and just 4 ingredients. It blends together in just a minute and you have a healthy breakfast or snack for two.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen diced mango
  • 1 ripe sliced banana, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • Handful of ice cubes, not needed if all frozen fruit is used

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to a blender and blend for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth. Adjusting ice if needed to thicken and additional orange juice if needed to thin.
  2. Enjoy immediately
