15-Minute Sesame Noodles
Need a quick dinner? 15-Minute Sesame Noodles to the rescue. In less time than it takes for you to cook up some pasta, you can mix up an easy asian-inspired, sesame sauce. Even better, I always have the sauce ingredients on hand! No last minute trip to the store needed. I love these Sesame Noodles as is, but they are a perfect side to a protein of choice. Chicken and shrimp are two of my favorite pairings!
What You’ll Need for these Sesame Noodles:
- Noodles of your choice. I used linguini.
- Soy Sauce – I used Low Sodium
- Honey – adds a touch of sweetness to cut the spice
- Rice Vinegar
- Sesame Oil
- Chili Garlic Sauce – to add a kick
- Garlic and ginger powder
- Sesame Seeds
- Green Onions
First things first. Boil some water (don’t forget to salt it!) and get the noodles cooking. While the noodles are cooking whisk up your sauce. I like to mix the sesame sauce in the big bowl that I am going to toss/serve my noodles in. Less dishes to clean = a win!
Now just dump your drained noodles into your sauce and toss it up! Serve the noodles warm right away or they can be eaten cold straight from the fridge. These are a perfect meal prep option that doesn’t require reheating.
I love sesame noodles as is or they’re perfect on the side! Cook up some chicken, steam some veggies, and you’ve got yourself a full meal. You can also dive them up in containers for meal prep throughout the week. Talk about an elevated lunch game.
