What You’ll Need for these Sesame Noodles:

  • Noodles of your choice. I used linguini.
  • Soy Sauce – I used Low Sodium
  • Honey – adds a touch of sweetness to cut the spice

Instructions
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions in a large pot of salted boiling water.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, mix up the sauce. Mix all other ingredients except for the green onions. I like to use the same bowl I will be tossing and serving the noodles in.
  3. Once the noodles are cooked, drain them and immediately toss with the sauce. Sprinkle in the green onions and toss one more time.
  4. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top, if using. Serve warm or cold. Leftovers can be kept in airtight containers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
