I feel less guilty about a lazy weekend morning where I stay in pajamas a little longer than I should. And what better way to embrace a lazy Saturday morning than with an indulgent breakfast. Don’t let this Dutch Baby’s beauty and presentation fool you. This baby (see what I did there?) is very easy to whip up on a Saturday morning. The simple batter is just eggs, milk, flour, brown sugar and cinnamon. We pour it into our hot cast iron skillet that is coated in melted butter, then into the oven. While it puffs up all pretty, we can cook up the apple slices with cinnamon, brown sugar, and butter (you’re welcome).
