Easy Cheesy Overnight Egg Bake
I’ve got the perfect weekend breakfast (or add some mimosas and you’ve got brunch) recipe for you. Using just a few simple ingredients – we’re even using store bough hash browns to really up the easy factor. But to take the easy factor to the max, you can mix this up the night before, refrigerate overnight then just bake in the morning. Easy. And you get to sleep in a little later. Perfect weekend.
This bakes for about 45 minutes. You’ll know it’s done when it’s all nice and bubbly and the cheese starts to get lightly browned around the edges and on top. Are you drooling yet?
