Easy, No-Bake Cereal S’mores Bars
These Cereal S’Mores Bars honestly can’t be beat. I’m talking gooey, sticky, crunchy, just a few ingredients, and no baking needed. Need I really say more? There is something about cereal based desserts that brings you back to childhood. But trust me, these S’mores Bars have been devoured by adults and kids alike.

What You’ll Need for these S’mores Bars:
- Golden Grahams Cereal
- Mini Marshmallows
- Vanilla Extract
- Self Control to not eat the whole pan! Or not :)…
We start by melting the butter, chocolate, and marshmallows. I melted it all in my dutch oven but a giant nonstick skillet would also work! You want to make sure you have room to stir everything up. Once melted and smooth, stir in the cereal and the marshmallows that were set aside. This is where you’ll have to resist the temptation to not sit down with the pot and just eat it straight up. Resisting this temptation is probably the hardest step in the entire recipe.
Next, let’s press our gooey chocolate cereal mixture into a well greased baking dish. I buttered mine LIBERALLY with butter. Cooking spray would also work. If you really want to make your life easy, then line with parchment paper so you can lift the bars right out. Pressing the mixture can be a little tricky due to the stickiness. Using wet hands help, or using the butter wrapper is another good trick.
I like to set aside a handful of mini marshmallows before melting to stir in at the end with the cereal. This gives you some beautiful marshmallow chunks and swirls. YES!
Once the bars have cooled and set, cut up with a very sharp knife. It can be helpful to wipe the knife off with a damp towel in between cuts. Cut the bars as big or as small as you’d like! I like to cut them into __ BIG bars. But sometimes I’ll cut them smaller to make them more bite size for a party.
