Layered Almond Butter Cups
It’s time for another healthy-ish nut butter cup recipe. A little while back I shared this recipe for some classic Chocolate Almond Butter Cups. For this recipe, we’re adding the fun twist of layering the chocolate and almond butter mixtures. These are the most tempting treat to keep in your freezer, but with a pretty clean ingredient list you’ll still feel okay about snacking on one (or two..) of these at the end of the day.
Although I’m partial to almond butter, these cups would be great with peanut butter to really go for that Reese’s vibe. Or cashew butter would also be F.A.B.U.L.O.U.S.
No baking required. Store these babies in your freezer for the perfect cool treat to satisfy your sweet tooth.
