Ingredients
  • 113.75 oz can artichoke heartsdrained and chopped
  • 8 ounces baby spinachchopped
  • 8ounces brick cream cheesecubed
  • 1cup sour creamlight or full fat. Plain greek yogurt can be substituted
  • 1cup shredded mozerella
  • 1/2cup grated parmesan
  • 1/3cup yellow onionfinely diced
  • 3cloves garlicminced. About 1 tablespoon
  • 1/2teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4teaspoon salt
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients either in your slow cooker insert, or mix in a large bowl and transfer to your slow cooker insert. Cover with the slow cooker lid and cook on low for 3-4 hours, or on high for 2 hours. The dip will be warm and slightly bubbling. Give everything a good stir and either transfer to a serving dish, or set the slow cooker to warm to serve.

I have a small 2qt Crockpot that this dip fits perfectly in. But this can be made in a larger slow cooker as well.
