Roasted Tomatoes with Burrata is such an easy appetizer that only takes a few minutes to prep. Serve with baguette or crostini for your next summer dinner party.
Prep - Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. In a small baking dish toss the tomatoes with the garlic, dried oregano, salt and pepper, and olive. Toss to evenly coat then spread into an even layer.
Roast - Roast in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes until the tomatoes are starting to burst, and some have lightly charred edges. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5-10 minutes.
Finish - When ready to serve, nestle the burrata in the roasted tomatoes, drizzle with balsamic glaze, and garnish with the fresh basil (either whole leaves or thinly sliced).
Serve - Serve with baguette slices or even store-bought crostini.
