In my book, summer calls for a few things: boat rides, evening walks to take advantage of the late sunsets, eating and drinking on any and every rooftop, and…. lots of margs. Blended, on the rocks, with or without salt. Bring ’em on. I have nothing against a classic margarita (especially with a side of chips and guac), but it can be fun to mix up the flavor combinations a bit. Enter these Watermelon Margaritas.
This recipe serves 2 – but can easily be doubled or tripled (or heck even quadrupled) to feed a crowd. Just 4 ingredients and a quick whirl in your blender and you’re good to go.
Because you’re going to serve these over ice, feel free to mix them up earlier in the day and store in the fridge. Then when it’s 5 o’clock somewhere just pour over ice and enjoy.
