Easy Chuck Roast in Oven

Brown a large boneless chuck roast in a dutch oven

Lightly brown carrots, celery, and onion in the same pot

Add tomato paste, garlic, deglaze with red wine and add beef broth.

Cook in the oven, with the lid on, until the meat is tender and falls apart easily.

Serve with mashed potatoes or cooked egg noodles
