Ingredients
- 15oz container whole milk ricotta, excess moisture drained
- 1.5 tablespoons olive oil, plus extra for drizzling
- 1 small lemon, zested and juiced
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Blend Ingredients - Add all ingredients to either a medium bowl with a hand mixer or to a food processor. Beat or blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust the salt, pepper, honey, and lemon as needed.
- Serve - Transfer the ricotta dip to a serving bowl. I like to give a drizzle of olive oil on top.
Notes
Draining Ricotta - If you open up the ricotta container and there is a lot of liquid, you can drain that off so the dip isn't watered down.
