Vegan Pineapple Banana Smoothie has only 3 simple ingredients and is perfectly frothy, creamy, and refreshing. You can use all frozen fruit, all fresh fruit (with the help of a few ice cubes), or a mix of frozen and fresh fruit.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk, plain and unsweetened
  • 1 cup diced pineapple, fresh or frozen
  • 1 medium banana, fresh or frozen
  • Ice Cubes, optional if not using all frozen fruits

Instructions

  1. Prep Ingredients - If you fruit isn't already cut up, you'll want to slice up the banana and chop up the pineapple for easier blending.
  2. Blend Smoothie - Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth. If you're not using all frozen fruits, then you'll want to add a handful of ice cubes until the desired texture is achieved.
  3. Enjoy - Smoothies are best enjoyed immediately after blending.
