Craving something quick and flavorful? This Blackstone Cajun Shrimp cooks in just 5 minutes with only 5 ingredients! Perfect for a speedy weeknight dinner or a tasty addition to your weekend cookout!

Ingredients

  • 12-16 oz Medium-Large Raw shrimp, peeled/deveined. Tails optional.
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • Chopped Fresh Parsley, for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Prep Shrimp - Start by getting the Blackstone preheating to Medium heat. Then toss the shrimp with the cajun seasoning.
  2. Add Butter and Garlic - Add the butter and minced garlic and cook for just 30 seconds to 1 minute so the butter is mostly melted.
  3. Cook Shrimp - Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Cook time will vary on size of shrimp - shrimp is done when it is an opaque pink and starting to curl up.
  4. Finish and Serve - Remove the shrimp from the Blackstone right away so they stop cooking and sprinkle with the chopped parsley. Enjoy!

Notes

Cajun Seasoning - You can find a jar of Cajun seasoning in most grocery stores or you can make your own using the Cajun Spice Blend in this Cajun Rice with Sausage recipe.
