⭐Why I Love It:
- Single Serve Version of a Favorite Summer Dessert - If I'm feeding a crowd, then I love to make a whole pan of these S'Mores Bars, but I love this single serve recipe when it's just me! For another fun s'mores-inspired dessert, I love these No Bake S'Mores Cereal Bars!
- Only 5 Ingredients - Just a handful of simple ingredients!
- 10 Minutes of Bake Time - I love how fast this recipe is to make!
🥘Ingredients
- Graham Cracker Crumbs - You can buy the crumbs or buy graham cracker sheets and crush them into crumbs. I like to put them in a zip top bag and use a rolling pin to make crumbs. You can use extra graham cracker crumbs to make this Single Serve No Bake Cheesecake!
- White Granulated Sugar - Just a little bit goes into the graham cracker crust to sweeten it.
- Butter - Melted to bind the graham cracker crust. I use extra to grease the ramekin.
- Chocolate Chips - They will be melted on top of the graham cracker crust. You could also use a few pieces of a Hershey's chocolate bar.
- Mini Marshmallows - I also love adding extra mini marshmallows to this hot chocolate mug cake.

🔪How To Make a Single Serve S'Mores Bar
This recipe for Single Serve S'Mores Bar layers a graham cracker crust, chocolate, and toasted marshmallows. It's easy to make and a summer-must!
Photo 1 - Mix together the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. It should be a similar consistency to wet sand and you should be able to press it together.
Photo 2 - Press the graham cracker crust mixture into the greased ramekin. Bake in the preheated oven for about 6 minutes until the edges are light golden brown. The crust will harden when it cools.
Photo 3 - mmediately layer the chocolate chips or Hershey's bars pieces on top of the graham cracker crust. It should be an even layer covering most of the crust. Place the ramekin in the still warm oven for 1-2 minutes until the chocolate is melting.
Photo 4 - Remove from the oven and use a rubber spatula to gently smooth out the chocolate.
Photo 5 - Add the mini marshmallows in an even layer covering the melted chocolate. Place the ramekin in the oven and turn the broiler on to high. Broil for 1-3 minutes until the marshmallows are golden brown.
Photo 6 - Let the bar cool at room temp for 15 minutes then you can transfer to the fridge until fully chilled and the chocolate has hardened. Enjoy!
💭Recipe Tips
- Keep a Close Eye under the Broiler - The marshmallows only need a quick minute or two under the broiler to brown. Watch closely so they don't burn.
- Add Parchment Circle - Make sure to really well grease your ramekin so you can remove the bar after baking. It's technically optional, but I also like to add a circle of parchment paper, cut to size, paper to the bottom of the ramekin to ensure easy removal!
- Ramekin Size - I used one large ramekin (10 ounces to the rim and ~4.25 inches wide) but you can use a bigger ramekin or two smaller ramekins and just adjust the bake time. This is the large ramekin I use (note - it is labeled as a 7 ounce but it is 10 ounces to the rim). You can use the same ramekin to make my favorite Single Serve White Cake or Single Serve Chocolate Cake.
👩🍳Recipe FAQs
Nope! If you want the chocolate and bar to harden so you can cleanly eat it, then chilling in the fridge for a little bit. But if you want a warm, slightly gooey and melty chocolate situation, then go ahead and eat warm!

Single Serve S'Mores Bar
This Single Serve S'Mores Bar is the perfect summer treat! Layer an easy graham cracker crust, melted chocolate, and toasted mini marshmallows for all the s'mores flavor without a bonfire. The perfect size for 1-2 people, uses only 5 ingredients, and needs only 10 minutes or less in the oven.
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Cook Time: 10 minutes
- Total Time: 30 minutes
- Yield: 1-2 servings
- Category: Dessert, Single Serve
- Method: Oven
- Cuisine: American
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ teaspoon white sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- ~3 tablespoons semisweet chocolate chips or broken pieces of a Hershey’s chocolate bar
- ~⅓ cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Prep - Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and well grease a large ramekin with butter. I like to also add a circle of parchment paper to the bottom. My ramekin is about 4.25 inches wide and 10 ounces when filled to top rim.
- Make Graham Cracker Crust - In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. It should be a similar consistency to wet sand and you should be able to press it together.
- Bake Crust - Press the graham cracker crust mixture into the greased ramekin. Bake in the preheated oven for about 6 minutes until the edges are light golden brown. The crust will harden when it cools. Turn off the oven.
- Chocolate Layer - Immediately layer the chocolate chips or Hershey's bar pieces on top of the graham cracker crust. It should be an even layer covering most of the crust. Place the ramekin in the still warm oven for 1-2 minutes until the chocolate is melting. Remove from the oven and use a rubber spatula to gently smooth out the chocolate.
- Marshmallow Layer - Add the mini marshmallows in an even layer covering the melted chocolate. Place the ramekin in the oven and turn the broiler on to high. Broil for 1-3 minutes until the marshmallows are golden brown. Make sure to watch the marshmallows the entire time! They can easily go from browned to burnt quickly. It's better to take the ramekin out too early and have to add back to the oven than too late.
- Enjoy - Let the bar cool at room temp for 15 minutes then transfer to the fridge to fully chill and let the chocolate harden.
