Lemon Tahini Dressing takes just minutes to mix up, is versatile, and uses pantry staple ingredients! Just tahini, water, lemon juice, and some staple spices. It's great with roasted potatoes, veggies, chicken, and fish, and more!

What You'll Need for this Recipe:

    • Tahini
    • Lemon Juice
    • Water
    • Spices - Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Dried Parsley, Dried Dill, Salt and Pepper
Garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, dried parsley, salt, and pepper

    Tips and FAQs!

How long does the dressing last?

Leftover dressing will keep in the fridge for about a week. It will thicken in the fridge, but you can bring to room temperature to thin out.

Dried herbs and tahini thinned with water and lemon juice

What should I serve it with?

I love how versatile this dressing is! Some of my favorite things to pair it with are:

    • Grilled or Baked Chicken
    • Roasted or Grilled Vegetables
    • Roasted Potatoes
    • As a Salad Dressing
    • With Raw Vegetables as a dip
Tahini dressing drizzled over roasted potatoes

    What is Tahini?

Tahini is a sesame seed paste and a staple in Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cooking. It is vegan, gluten-free, and has a wonderful toasty, nutty, flavor. You can find it at most grocery stores near the other nut/seed butters or near the Middle Eastern ingredients. Or it's easy to make at home using just sesame seeds and oil. Here's a recipe! Leftover tahini can be stored in the fridge for a very very long time, just like any other nut butter.

Here are other recipes that use Tahini:

    • Easy Homemade Hummus
    • Roasted Cauliflower 'Hummus' - from Wholesome Yum
    • Farro Salad with Tahini Vinaigrette - from My Cooking Journey
    • Tahini Brownies - from This Healthy Table
