    ⭐Why I Love It:

    • Ready in Under 20 Minutes - Just toss together the pretzels, butter, and cinnamon sugar then bake!
    • Only 4 Ingredients - You only need a few simple ingredients!
    • Fun Sweet Snack - This is such a fun sweet snack for after school, a movie night, or any party! Another favorite pretzel snack is this Spicy Seasoned Pretzels recipe or Garlic Parmesan Pretzels recipe.

    🥘Ingredients

Bowl of pretzels, sugar, cinnamon, and half a stick of butter.
    • Small Pretzels - I used Tiny Twists!
    • Butter - I like to use unsalted butter since the pretzels are already salted, but you can use salted butter if you want more salty flavor coming through.
    • White Granulated Sugar
    • Ground Cinnamon - For another cinnamon sugar recipe, try this Cinnamon Sugar Apple Cake or Snickerdoodle Blondies!

See the recipe card for full information on ingredients and quantities.

    🔪Step by Step Instructions

This recipe for Cinnamon Sugar Pretzels could not be any easier! Just toss the ingredients together and bake!

    💭Recipe Tips

    • Leftovers - Leftovers keep well in an airtight container at room temperature for one to two weeks.
    • To Double the Recipe - The recipe is easy to double but you'll want to bake it on two baking sheets so the pretzels are spread out into an even layer.
    • Line the baking sheet - Make sure to line the pan with either parchment paper or a silicone liner otherwise the sugar could stick to the pan and be tricky to remove without breaking the pretzels.
    • Oven Temp - It's very important to not bake these at too high of heat or the sugar can burn. If you think your oven runs warm OR if you're using a dark/nonstick baking sheet then I recommend baking at 325 degrees F instead of 350 degrees F.

    👩‍🍳Recipe FAQs

What size of pretzels should be used?

Use the mini pretzels - often called Tiny Twists! You could also try using other small shapes, like the sticks or snaps!

    Ingredients

    •  5 cups small pretzels, I used Tiny Twists
    • ¼ cup melted butter, I used unsalted butter
    • ½ cup granulated sugar
    • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

    Instructions

    1. Prep - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (or 325 degrees F if your oven runs hot and/or you're using a dark/nonstick baking sheet) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    2. Mix Pretzels - Mix together the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl. Add the pretzels to a large mixing bowl then toss with the melted butter to coat then toss with the cinnamon sugar until all the pretzels are coated. Be sure to toss gently so you don't break the pretzels.
    3. Add to Baking Sheet - Pour the pretzels onto the baking sheet and spread into an even layer. Make sure to scrape any excess butter and sugar from the bowl and drizzle over the pretzels.
    4. Bake - Bake for 13-15 minutes in the preheated oven until the pretzels are lightly toasted and the sugar has clumped and dried on the pretzels.
    5. Cool and Enjoy - Allow to cool before breaking apart and enjoying.

    Notes

Oven Temp - It's very important to not bake these at too high of heat or the sugar can burn. If you think your oven runs warm OR if you're using a dark/nonstick baking sheet then I recommend baking at 325 degrees F instead of 350 degrees F.

Leftovers can be kept in an airtight container at room temperature for 1-2 weeks.
